Shipping Policy

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Shipping is from Tucson, Arizona. All orders are handcrafted at time of purchase. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for production and shipping to be fulfilled. Once your order have shipped, orders may take up to 7 business days to arrive, dependent on your location. Alaska and Hawaii may take a bit longer. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to go live. Keep in mind, shipping time does not include order processing time.

We ship via UPS or USPS.

Refunds & Exchanges

We carefully inspect all products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to truessencehandcrafted@gmail.com within 3-5 days of delivery.

You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return and shipping of exchanged items.
